Privacy Policy

1. Who operates CTRL+SURVIVE

CTRL+SURVIVE is operated by Affordance Design Studio. This policy applies to the CTRL+SURVIVE Android and iOS apps and the website at ctrl-survive.netlify.app.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores preferences and progress locally on your device, such as onboarding completion, sound settings and gameplay state. This information is used to remember your choices and support game functionality. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

3. Advertising and data processed by Google

The Android and iOS apps include the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform. When advertising is enabled, Google may automatically collect or receive:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• app interactions, including app launches, taps and ad views;
• diagnostic information about app and SDK performance; and
• device or account identifiers made available by your device and platform privacy settings.

This information may be used and shared by Google for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security and compliance. Availability and use of advertising identifiers are controlled by your device and platform privacy settings. Where applicable, iOS requires your permission before an app may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Where required, the app requests advertising consent through Google's consent platform before requesting ads. Depending on your location and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized or limited ads. Rewarded ads are optional and are offered only when you choose to request an in-game benefit.

4. Information we do not request

CTRL+SURVIVE does not require registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, precise location, financial information or health information.

5. Sharing features and external links

If you choose to share a game result, your device's share menu handles the destination you select. CTRL+SURVIVE does not receive your contact list or control how a third-party service processes content you send to it. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

6. Retention

Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your account or device settings. Affordance Design Studio does not maintain a user-account database for CTRL+SURVIVE.

7. Your choices

• You may decline optional rewarded ads and continue playing.
• Where available, use the in-app Privacy choices control to review advertising consent.
• Manage advertising and tracking choices in your Android or iOS device privacy settings.
• Clear local data through your device app settings or uninstall the app.

8. Children's privacy

CTRL+SURVIVE is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service connected to the game, please contact us so the concern can be investigated.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the game. Third-party providers such as Google may process information on servers outside your country, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
